Marigot de hoofdstad van Frans Sint Maarten, hier blijven we 1 uur om te winkelen en te wandelen. Geniet van een kokosnoot, de kunst en de ambachten die dit dorp te bieden heeft.

Fort Louis werd gebouwd in 1789 op een heuvel met uitzicht op Marigot Bay en het eiland Anguilla door de lokale bevolking in de stad.
Het is een korte wandeling van 10 minuten bergopwaarts vanuit Marigot. Er zijn 99 treden om hier te komen met een reling. Het is een vrij gemakkelijke wandeling.

Maho Beach
Maho Beach kan niet bogen op het feit dat het een van de rustigste stranden ter wereld is, maar het heeft zeker een unieke aanspraak op roem, vooral als je een luchtvaartliefhebber bent. Dit komt omdat Maho Beach direct naast een vliegveld ligt en de vliegtuigen zo laag over het strand vliegen dat je voelt dat ze op je kunnen landen.

This was an amazing tour! The driver was so knowledgeable and went out of his way to show me all of the sites. We stopped at a variety of places that were all incredible— the scenic vistas at the beach were well worth it!

The tour guide, Noel, was fantastic. His stories of the island, each tour stop and local culture were very entertaining. He also shared some of his uplifting experiences with others. This person is a class act and well worth your time. A big bonus for us was that he was willing to pick us up at our rental home so it was easy to start our day.

The interesting history and all the stories about the island. Very fun! Especially exciting was enjoying breakfast at one of the restaurants and then doing some shopping at a couple of stops!
