You just have to do this tour. It is so much more than a simple brewery tour. Learn all about Sunil’s adventures in establishing this business and his plans for the future. Oh yeah - and taste the beers - including directly from the vat!

This was one of the best brewery tours I have ever done! Sunil is so passionate about what he does and really gives you the best experience possible! We started at his restaurant/bar called Dutch Blonde Beach Bar. We had delicious food and a few cocktails while looking out at the beautiful ocean. Our server was so nice and made our restaurant experience even better on top of the great food. Once we were done we headed straight to his brewery for a private tour that allowed us to try all of his beer and the one place I’ve ever been that let’s pour your own drink straight from the fermenter with a chilled glass! I would definitely recommend whether you’re visiting from a cruise shoot or just simply visiting St. Maarten!

We did the tour of the Dutch Blonde Brewery with our company. We were suprised of the wonderful story that the owner had, his plans for the future and how it became as it is. Experienced a great day at the brewery with the beer tasting.

Never been to a brewery before, this experience had exceeded all expectations! The owner’s story about his life and how the brewery was born is both compelling and inspirational. Did not expect to drink from the tap, that was amazing all by itself. Sunil is an amazing person, so glad my wife and I had the pleasure of being on his tour. We also went to his Blonde Beach Bar & Restaurant a bunch of times on our trip. Look for the Windmill on the beach by Front Street!

Our party of 4 had a great time at the Caribbean Brewing Company Tour. We learned a lot about brewing beer and there were plenty of beers and cocktails to try. Most of all the people at the brewery were so friendly and accommodating. It was a wonderful afternoon adventure that everyone should enjoy. I know we will make another visit the next time we are in town. I still need to get over to their Dutch Blonde Beach Bar and try one of their Escape Rooms.

83rd stop on my world craft beer expedition and 1st in Sint Maarten. Less than 10 minute walk from port. Skilled brewer with quality ingredients makes for a fine tasting experience.

Great hospitality from Sunil! Walked here from the cruise port, but reservations are required. Happened to run into Sunil, the owner, who allowed us to come in and see the place, even allowed us to try a beer before leaving! Gave great recommendations for his place in town as well (Blonde Bear Bar). Couldn't say enough great things about Sunil and the whole staff. Definitely check them out when visiting!

Really enjoyed our tour at Carribean Brewing in St Maarten. The people there were great. The story of how the company started was very interesting and we really enjoyed the craft beer and their cocktail

While exploring the island on a National holiday, we came across this brewery. A door was open and I encountered one person who told me it was closed but asked how many in my party, There was only 4 of us. We received a private tour from the owner Sinel. He was friendly, accommodating, gracious and informative. Explained the brewery process and had each of us pour our beer samples from a vat of his best selling brew, St. Maarten Pirate. It was delicious. If you are a brew lover like us, then I highly recommend stopping at this brewery, meet Sinel and take a tour and enjoy the brew. He also owns a restaurant on the Island called Dutch Blonde Beach Bar. Unfortunately we did not have an opportunity to go, but the reviews are 5 stars. Peace.

Incredible experience and a great tour learning the “why” behind a small craft brewing company. Incredible service and great beer. You get to try everything they make and try what this brewery produces. If you are in St. Martin for travel or cruise, you need to visit this awesome brewery.

This was the best brewery tour that we have had the opportunity to experience! The beer is very tasty!! The path that Sinul has taken to get to this point is nothing short of hard work and perseverance! He has a lot more in store in the upcoming future! We wish him much success and plan on visiting him when we return to the Island! Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Simran was the best host hands down. She was so fun and interesting that we did not want the tour to end. She was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Not only did we learn about the brewery’s history but we also learned about cultural aspects. Thank you Simran for everything! Sherri was also so much fun. She kept us laughing the whole time.
